As a family-run provider, we understand the importance of compassionate, individualised care because we’ve experienced it first hand. Our team is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where each participant feels valued and respected.
We’re not just providing a service, we’re building relationships with people who become like family. This approach means our support is genuinely tailored to fit each participant’s unique needs and goals, setting us apart from providers who may take a more standard approach.
Making a referral to Enjoyability is simple and straightforward. You can contact us directly through our website, email, or phone, and a member of our team will guide you through the referral process.
We take time to understand each participant’s needs, so we can match them with the most suitable services and supports. We’ll answer any questions, provide clarity on the steps involved, and keep you updated every step of the way.
Referrers often find our approach reassuring and transparent, making it easier to feel confident that participants are in caring, capable hands.
At Enjoyability, personalisation goes beyond standard care plans. We start by deeply understanding each participant’s individual goals, preferences, and daily routine, as well as any specific support needs they have.
Our team collaborates with participants and their families to develop a care plan that not only aligns with their NDIS goals but also reflects what’s most meaningful to them personally. We regularly review these plans, adapting services as needs or goals change, ensuring that our support remains responsive, relevant, and empowering.
Our approach is about more than care – it’s about creating a support system that grows and evolves with each participant.
Ensuring quality across our services is a top priority at Enjoyability. We follow a structured approach, including regular training for our support team to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry standards.
We also implement frequent check-ins with participants and their families to gather feedback, making improvements where needed. Additionally, our team collaborates internally to discuss ways to enhance each participant’s experience, from daily interactions to the overall support plan.
With a blend of professional oversight and a personal commitment to excellence, we make sure that every participant receives high-quality, dependable care every day.
Enjoyability is a family-run disability support provider with lived experience, offering personalised, compassionate care.
Our Western Sydney centre is designed to be a welcoming, versatile space for all participants, with plans for cooking facilities, a gym area, and a variety of equipment for cardio, mobility, and sports training.
We aim to create a flexible activity space where participants can engage in creative pursuits like painting, writing, and games, alongside a sensory room to support sensory exploration and regulation.
As we grow, we’ll continue to adapt the centre to meet participants’ evolving needs, creating a hub of activities and supports that can be enjoyed by everyone.
